We are looking for a Solution Architect who can articulate how the uat.impress.ai platform can transform recruitment and provide real value to our prospects and customers. This role will require working collaboratively with our Sales team and liaising directly with our growing list of international clients.


  • Ability to understand pains points of prospects and customers, and suggest how uat.impress.ai can deliver results
  • Ability to clarify queries on data privacy, security risks, and project management
  • Understanding and knowledge of Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) delivery models
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, work effectively and independently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to give presentations to senior stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Have a can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver results


  • Be a trusted advisor to customers on solving recruitment challenges
  • Understand prospective customer’s recruitment pain points and demonstrate how uat.impress.ai can provide a solution to those
  • Identify partners and APIs that can be integrated into the uat.impress.ai platform to solve customer pain points
  • Design process workflows for clients
  • Propose data workflows based on clients’ existing systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRISs)
  • Understand data protection and privacy regulations in various jurisdictions and propose configurations to the platform that comply with them
  • Have a reasonable knowledge of information security and risk practices and be able to address clients’ questions
  • Liaise directly with prospective clients, existing clients, and partners
  • Be a trusted advisor to clients on industry trends and best practices
