We are looking for a project manager, and the job responsibility will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. The ideal candidate should be a go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. Project managers in uat.impress.ai focus on acting as a bridge between the Agile process followed by the dev team to the timelines and launch commitments required by Operations and Customer Success and other teams. As a senior project manager, the candidate will be expected to independently lead the management of several complex projects with long timelines and several internal and external stakeholders and ensure that things stay on track. Senior project managers may also be called on to provide their expertise in complex non-technical projects as well that require project management support.


  • Coordinate internal resources, sometimes across teams, and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Ensure projects are executed in a timely and professional manner. Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation


  • More than 5 years of experience in project management
  • Experience working with big enterprises
  • Experience working in HR tech projects or product companies is preferred, but not mandatory.
